CUSTOMER CARE
PG&E Customer Commitment
In 2026, PG&E committed an additional $50 million to extend bill assistance programs, including PG&E REACH and Match My Payment. In 2025, these PG&E programs helped nearly 64,000 customers help manage past-due energy bills.
For 42 years, the PG&E REACH program has helped low-income families maintain energy services in times of hardship.
